Coming Soon!
Mini-fellowship
The GREENIN Micro-Network Plus will fund mini-fellowships over a two-year period!
These fellowships will be open to both academic and non-academic communities, aiming to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange between researchers, designers, practitioners, and community partners. Fellows may use the funding to support short-term placements, training visits, or skill development activities related to indoor greening, air quality, or sustainable building design. The programme is intended to build interdisciplinary capacity, support early-career development, and strengthen real-world impact across sectors.
Applications for the GREENIN Micro Network Plus mini-fellowships will open soon—stay tuned for updates on our website!

🌱 Using artificial intelligence to create healthier, greener cities!
🏙️ An innovative new initiative, the AI4URBAN-HEALTH Network, led by Imperial College London’s Earth Science and Engineering, aims to explore how AI might revolutionise the design and management of urban environments to improve health and sustainability.
🤝 It is a cutting-edge collaboration between Imperial College London, Born In Bradford, Global Centre for Clean Air Research (GCARE) and University of Southampton. It will bring together experts from diverse fields spanning AI, health sciences, urban planning and environmental studies, in an inspired new effort to tackle the increasing public health and sustainability challenges faced by our cities and towns.
📢 The network is actively seeking members to keep in touch, participate in workshops, events, and sandpits to push forward and realise these bold ambitions.
✍ To find out more, interested people can sign up to communications here.
💬 Prof Christopher Pain in ESE, who leads the network, said: "You don’t need to be an expert in AI to join our network and be part of this community – whether you’re an urban planner, community leader, environmental modeller, policy maker or computational physicist, we’d love to hear from you!"
